ES fiber hot air cotton for KN95 mask

1, Hot air filter cotton also known as hot air cotton, tuyere cotton, the use of polyester fiber and low melting point fiber through the heating synthesis of production, so also belongs to one of the synthetic fiber filter cotton.

 

2, Hot air cotton is different from gelling cotton, its fixation method is not the use of latex but in the raw material mixed with a certain number of low melting fiber or two-component fiber, in the production process through overheating after drying, the fiber between the fusion.

 

3. Hot air cotton (non-colloidal cotton) is a new type of thermal insulation material, is the replacement of spray colloidal cotton, imitation silk cotton. Hot air cotton is different from spray cotton. The method of its fixation is not to choose natural latex but to inter use a certain amount of low-soluble point chemical fiber or two-component chemical fiber in the raw material. In the process of processing, the chemical fiber is fused in the middle according to the heat drying. Therefore, hot air cotton production faster manufacturing speed, production volume, low cost.

 

4. Hot air cotton without protective cloth in N95 masks belongs to a kind of additive raw material, some manufacturers for the practical effect of both cold protection and safety protection.
